TRANSFER DOMAIN NAME

If you already have domains purchased from other domain name providers, you can transfer them to Reseller Company. This way you can easily manage your domains together with your hosting account. Upon transferring your domain name to Reseller Company, a FREE YEAR will be added to the domain name's expiry date.

Note: You must make sure the following criteria is met:

Make sure , your domain name is older than 60 days. We can only transfer it over if it has been registered for more than 60 days.
Make sure your domain name hasn't expired already. To make sure that there is enough time for the transfer process to be completed we advise you to start the process 14 days prior to the expiration date.
Make sure that you are the admin contact for the domain name and you have access to the email address listed in the admin contact section. The transfer process requires email verification and if you are not able to verify the email that we will send to the admin contact when the transfer is initiated, the process will be canceled.
Make sure that the domain name you wish to transfer is in an "unlocked" state, thus it is not locked by its current registrar. If the domain name is locked, you will need to contact the current registrar and request the domain name to be "unlocked".

(Note: Many registrars will automatically place a "lock" on the domain for security reasons)
If you require transfer of the following TLDs : .info / .us / .biz and .org, please be aware that an authentication code is required for those TLDs. You can obtain this code from your current domain name registrar.
